allflights.com.au (“allflights”, “we”, “us”) is committed to handling your information responsibly. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how.

Information we collect

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use allflights — pages visited, general location (country/city level), device type, and referral source. This data is anonymised and aggregated. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifying information through analytics.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log IP addresses, request times, and page paths for security and performance purposes. These logs are not used for profiling or marketing.

Contact emails. If you email us, we store your email address and message in order to respond. We don't add you to any mailing list or share your details with third parties.

My flights — local storage

Flights you save via “My flights” are stored in your browser's local storage only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to allflights or any third party. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Cookies

We use cookies for Google Analytics only. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used. You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Third-party services

allflights uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

— Cloudflare (data fetching infrastructure)
— Third-party flight data providers (operational feed)

Your rights

Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Given we collect very little, this is generally limited to contact emails. To make a request, email us at hello@allflights.com.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
